9. REFUND POLICY

Due to the nature of digital products:

17. PAYMENTS

Card Payment via Virtual POS

On our website, camelliaradanova.com, respectively “KPR Ventures” Ltd., you can make payments using debit, credit, or business cards bearing the Visa or MasterCard logo through the virtual POS terminal provided by our обслужваща банка, DSK Bank, part of the OTP Group.

Payment security is ensured through the international card organizations’ security programs — MasterCard Identity Check and Visa Secure.

When making a payment through DSK Bank’s virtual POS terminal, you will be required to enter your card number, expiration date, and CVV/CVC code. If your card is enrolled in the MasterCard Identity Check or Visa Secure programs, you will also need to complete a 3D Secure authentication.

We at camelliaradanova.com, respectively “KPR Ventures” Ltd., do not collect, process, or store any card data. All card information is entered personally by you on a secure payment page operated by our обслужваща банка.

Regardless of the currency of your bank account, all transactions will be processed in Euro (EUR) according to the exchange rate of your card-issuing bank. All prices are final and include VAT.

We are not liable for delays or failure due to:
